Every citizen within the state must assume the responsibility of assisting the state in achieving its goals, but some regimes go against this fact by creating societies with different interests and aspirations, which is a big mistake, in my opinion, every regime seeks to develop the economic resources that it possesses, as well as improving the legal rules regulating all the affairs of this state, in addition to strategies and plans that guarantee continuous development.
The ruling regimes may face obstacles according to what is expected,
for instance, a state full of consumers at the cost of opportunity creators
will certainly not achieve positive economic results, it seems that the poor
communities have over-consumed and stopped creating new business opportunities
until they have become first-class consumers.
Also, a state full of political conflicts may face changes in the
ruling regimes which requires demolishing the strategies and plans designed by
the ruling regimes that have fallen and then building them again.
And also, A state full of disloyal citizens who disrupts the
implementation of strategies and plans designed by the ruling regime of the
state, or criminal citizens who violate the rules and the laws of the state.
What builds minds that can achieve development? in other words, what is
the solution to avoid the aforementioned obstacles?
Creating a two-pronged strategy for the citizens of the state is the
solution, the first is designing a unified educational system, by which every
citizen must study education, Justice and legal affairs, diplomacy and foreign
policies, international law and international organizations, religious matters,
music, history, heritage and tourism, culture, languages, sports, media, social
insurance, labor, economy, energy and metal, trade, finance, industry and
investment, sciences and technology, scientific research and innovation,
business administration, agriculture, healthcare, security, and military, etc.
And the second is controlling the visual, written, and audio content
made by foreign countries in all possible ways, to help the citizens belong to
the state and also help them not to receive content that is inappropriate to
the state's ethics.
